Mini-Exhibition, Tavistock Guildhall Courtroom
Whilst our mini-Museum adjacent hibernates until Easter, Tavistock Guildhall Heritage Centre has generously allowed us to install a mini-exhibition at the back of their beautiful and historic Courtroom.
“Uniform – an Essential Part of the Job” showcases some of our most precious historical police garments. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am, the Heritage Centre is on the site of the old Tavistock Police Station, where visitors can see the original cells and go up the stairs into the court ‘dock.’
Admission is free.
Exhibition on display now until 7th February 2025.
